Thought I’d start sharing some of our allergy-friendly meals for anyone interested! Here’s what our dinners looking like this week (some recipes listed on Recipes page):
- Monday – coconut black beans & cilantro lime rice
- Tuesday – chicken tacos
- Wednesday – burgers, roasted asparagus & baked sweet potato
- Thursday – chix salad wraps w/ baked potato wedges
- Friday – Daiya frozen pizza
- Saturday – chicken “non-fredo” w/ salad (For this, I just use Daiya alfredo style pasta mix and add some baked chicken. Super simple and super yummy!)
- Sunday – crock pot pork tenderloin w/ roasted asparagus & rice
